The Tamlalt community in the Kelaa province of Sraghna was rocked by a heinous crime in which a person in his sixties was killed.

According to a local source, the details of the incident are due to the fact that the residents of the area found the body of the dead man, aged sixty, in the sewers of the weekly market of Tamlale, last Sunday.

The same source adds that the Royal Gendarmerie and the local authority quickly arrived at the scene, and that the body of the deceased, who was found to be injured in the head, was transferred to the morgue, and that an investigation was opened to reveal the details of the incident.

The same source continued that preliminary investigations revealed the involvement of the deceased’s son in the murder of his father with a large stone, stressing that he was arrested and taken to the gendarmerie station for further investigation before being brought before the courts.
