Achraf Dari’s father reveals the date of his arrival at Al-Ahly from Egypt
Zuhair Dari, father of Moroccan player Ashraf Dari, defender of French football club Stade Brest, spoke about the new negotiations between the board of directors of Egyptian club Al-Ahly with his son.
The Moroccan defender’s father returned to reaffirm the desire of Achraf Dari and his entourage for the player to join Al-Ahly in Egypt during the summer transfer window. He also revealed new negotiations between the officials of the Al-Ahly club, the player’s agent and the management of Stade Français de Brest.
Ashraf Dari’s father revealed, in statements to the media, the scenes of his son’s approach to the Egyptian castle of Al-Ahly, and said: “The negotiations started a few days ago, as everyone knows, but Al-Ahly’s interest has doubled this week.”
He continued: “Some Al-Ahly officials went to France today, Thursday, to settle the agreement with the Brest stadium board and the player. I believe that Al-Ahly has agreed to pay the amount requested by the French team. There are some small details remaining until the agreement is officially settled.
He continued: “There is a specific date for my son’s medical visit in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, and he will arrive tomorrow, Friday, with the Al-Ahly delegation present in France.”
He concluded: “Certainly, every Arab or African player would like to play for a club as big as Al-Ahly in Egypt. I wish my son success.”
