“Students”: We will boycott products that support Israel in the university restaurant

The Association of Engineering Students of the National School of Agriculture of Meknes announced its decision to boycott products that support the Israeli occupation, as part of its firm and continued support for the Palestinian cause and its rejection of normalization with the occupying entity.

In an official statement, the association affirmed its commitment to boycott all food products associated with the Israeli occupation, indicating that it will take concrete measures to ensure that meals served in the school canteen and student canteen, as well as in all the association’s activities, are free of any products supporting the occupation. It added that it will seek local alternatives and work to establish partnerships with Moroccan companies to offer alternatives to drinks and meal ingredients.

The association also decided to expand the scope of the boycott to include all materials used in food preparation, office supplies and equipment, as part of its efforts to influence companies that support the Israeli occupation and make them bear financial costs.

The association called on all students and the academic community to support these initiatives and engage in the boycott process, believing that these steps, despite their simplicity, reflect a deep commitment to just causes and contribute to strengthening the rejection of any form of normalization with the profession.
