Interview with Raja Casablanca and the Nigerian National Guard. 110 people were arrested, including 55 minors

The security operations carried out by the services of the Casablanca Security Prefecture on the sidelines of the match between the Raja Casablanca teams and the Nigerian National Guard, yesterday Saturday August 24, resulted in the arrest of 110 people, including 55 minors, suspected of having participated in acts of violence related to the riots, by beating and injuring public officials in the exercise of their duties and causing material losses.

The suspects were arrested for their involvement in the commission of these criminal acts that fall within the framework of sports hooliganism, in addition to the fact that some of them resisted members of the public forces and threw stones at them, which resulted in material losses to two people from the State Security vehicles and injuries to three police officers, after which they received the necessary first aid at the hospital.

The adult suspects were subjected to theoretical police custody and the minor detainees were kept under surveillance, subject to the judicial investigation being carried out under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor’s office, while searches and investigations are still ongoing with a view to arresting the other participants and contributors to the commission of these criminal acts.
