On Wednesday, Arab and French activists and protesters held a protest event in the French capital, Paris, denouncing the presence of the occupation team at the Paris Paralympic Games, in light of the ongoing crimes of the Israeli occupation in Gaza.
Participants in the protest held banners bearing the symbol of Handala (the Palestinian icon), and also chanted slogans including “Wash your hands of blood.”
Protesters called for a boycott of the Israeli national team at sporting events, including the French Paralympic Games.
