Morocco wins 35 medals at the African Games in Accra, including 9 gold

Morocco won 35 medals at the end of the 13th African Games in Accra (March 8-23), including 9 gold, 12 silver and 14 bronze.

The last bronze medal was won on Saturday by the women's tennis team.

Morocco took part in this African competition in the disciplines of athletics, beach volleyball, boxing, karate, taekwondo, tennis, triathlon and wrestling.

Egypt dominated the 13th African Games with a total of 191 medals followed by Nigeria (121) and South Africa (106).

Morocco comes 7th in the medal table.
