Mohamed Cherkaoui presented his resignation from the presidency of Tangier Football Club this evening, according to what he published on his official Facebook account.

Al-Sharqawi announced that September 13, 2024, at 5:00 p.m., has been set as the date for holding the two general assemblies for the 2023/2022 and 2023/2024 seasons, during which the literary and financial reports will be presented for discussion and voting, after which the resignation of the president and members of the board of directors will be officially announced, and then a new president will be elected.

Al-Sharqawi wrote: “And today, after confirming with absolute certainty that there are no suitable conditions or objective conditions to carry out my duties in a way that meets the ambitions of Fares Al-Boughaz and meets the aspirations of the team’s supporters and supporters, for reasons known to all, and in accordance with the interest of the team, and in response to the voice of the team’s supporters, who are its real owners, without neglecting my situation “For health care, which has become very difficult”.
