Moroccan international Elias Akhomache has rejected an offer from Saudi club Al Hilal to join their ranks during the current summer transfer window.
Saudi media reported that Al Hilal club officials are preparing to make an official offer to Villarreal, in order to include Elias Akhoumash, after his brilliant performance with the Moroccan Olympic team.
According to the Spanish newspaper “Relivo”, the last few weeks have seen the willingness of Al Hilal Saudi Arabia to recruit Elias Akhoumash.
The newspaper reported that the player rejected the offer, stressing that he wanted to continue at Villarreal and that his subsequent departure would be for one of the European clubs.
Moroccan player Elias Akhomache’s contract with Villarreal extends until the summer of 2026.
