The young woman Shaima, from the town of Martell, has been talked about in the Spanish and Arab media due to the story of her migration to occupied Ceuta after many unsuccessful attempts.
Shaima, 19, tried several times to enter occupied Ceuta, but to no avail. She tried again until she managed to get in.
The young woman, Shaima, revealed that her last attempt came after 5 similar unsuccessful attempts, stressing that she swam for 5 consecutive hours at night until reaching occupied Ceuta.
Shaima added, in statements to Spanish media, that she encountered great difficulties due to her fatigue from swimming and facing strong currents, before reaching the other bank.
Shaima denied inciting young people to immigrate and follow her example, stressing that the adventure is difficult and dangerous.
