Afriquia Gaz: Drop in turnover at the end of June 2024

Afriquia Gaz’s consolidated turnover stood at nearly 4.23 billion dirhams (MMDH) at the end of June 2024, showing a contraction of 4.6% compared to the same period of the previous year.

This decrease is mainly attributable to the drop in the takeover price, the group explains in a press release on its financial indicators.

Consolidated investments reached 271.8 million dirhams (MDH) at the end of June, up 22.9% compared to the 221.2 MDH invested during the first half of the previous year, adds the same source.

Regarding consolidated net financial debt, it amounted to 692.2 MDH at the end of June 2024, compared to -949.4 MDH a year earlier.

Regarding the company’s sales, they reached 630,954 tons in the first half of 2024, representing an increase of 2.2% compared to the 617,630 tons sold in the same period of the previous year.
