Occupied Ceuta authorities decide to welcome minors who passed through the former military hospital
The Spanish newspaper “Alvaro de Sota” reported that the occupied authorities in Ceuta had decided to reopen the city’s former military hospital to accommodate unaccompanied migrant minors.
According to the Spanish newspaper, the decision was taken after the Spanish Ministry of Defense authorized it. Europe Press also reported that the transfer process, negotiated in cooperation with the Ministries of Youth, Children and Integration, directly with the governor of the occupied city of Madrid. Ceuta, Juan Jesús Vivas, had already begun.
The former military hospital could be used “as soon as possible” to accommodate underage migrants, who currently number more than 500 children in the city, according to Europe Press.
