Hamoro: There is someone who is trying to impose Wehbé on the Moroccans

Heba Press / Rabat

Hassan Hamoro, a member of the National Council of the Justice and Development Party, described Channel 1’s hosting of Justice Minister Abdel Latif Wehbe, on the main news of the public Channel 1, to discuss the criminal procedure bill before it was even passed and sent back to parliament to follow its course in the legislative framework, as a “dangerous precedent.”

This statement came in a blog post he published on his Facebook account, in which he explained that there was someone trying to impose Wehbe on Moroccans, and perhaps on some institutions, so that he could remain a minister.

The latter added: “Whether provisionally (the bar exam scandal), or politically through his attack on constitutional constants, including Islam (the hadith of the Prophet) as well as the king, in addition to his desperate defense of legalizing illegal relationships and removing them from the circle of legal responsibility…”

Hamoro felt that “if things had been healthy in his party and on the general political scene, Wahbi would have been out of government today, but fortunately for him, the trap was mixed with arrows and resemblance to the cows of Morocco after September 8, 2021… and he is still the same!
