Ancelotti praises Brahim Diaz after Real Betis win

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti congratulated his Moroccan international Ibrahim Diaz after their victory against Real Betis with two unanswered goals yesterday, Sunday, in the Spanish league.

Ancelotti said in a statement after the match: “When Ibrahim came on he played as a right winger and did a very good job.”

He added: “I consider Diaz and Garcia to be very good players, who always contribute to the team, no matter how many minutes they play. That’s what a footballer has to do: be ready. “Today they were very good and gave energy to the team.”

Ibrahim Diaz is expected to join the Moroccan national team camp in the coming hours to take part in the next two matches against Gabon and Lesotho as part of the 2025 African Cup qualifiers.
