Security services in the town of Sesto Calende, in the northern Italian province of Pionet, have arrested a 26-year-old Moroccan woman suspected of involvement in a case related to the promotion and possession of hard drugs.
Heba Press sources revealed that this security operation allowed the arrest of the suspect immediately after her arrival in the town of Sesto Calindi, where the search operation resulted in the discovery in her possession of about fifty doses of cocaine and heroin, in addition to the seizure of a mobile phone and a small amount of money suspected of being the proceeds of this criminal activity.
The same sources indicated that the suspect was the subject of a judicial investigation, carried out under the supervision of the Attorney General of the Republic, in order to determine the possible remaining extensions of this criminal activity and to discover all the criminal acts attributed to the person concerned.
Cocaine trafficking mafias in Italy have become dependent in their operations on Moroccan women recruited from poor and marginalized neighborhoods, where they specialize in this type of contraband.
