Pages of a French language program, adopted by a private establishment in Azgangan, located territorially in the Nador region, have sparked a lively controversy, prompting some parents of students to file a complaint against the establishment.

The pages of an imported fabric adopted by the institution, intended for primary school students, featured the flags of several countries, including the flag of Israel, contrasting with the absence of the flag of Palestine, which sparked the ire of parents and their expression of anger, while the institution’s activities throughout the school year express its support for just causes, including the Palestinian cause.

Some parents and guardians have denounced the decision of the educational institution and the adoption of educational programs aimed at young children, a large percentage of whom do not understand the point of publishing it in school textbooks and teaching it to them.

In order to control the wave of anger among parents and guardians, the authorities concerned are demanding that the decision be withdrawn or amended, and that a joint committee be formed to investigate the matter.
