Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappe has confirmed that his reunion with supporters of his former club Paris Saint-Germain will be “special” when his country France play Italy at the start of the European Nations League competition tomorrow, Friday, at the Parc des Princes stadium.
Kylian Mbappe appeared a little nervous when asked at a press conference today Thursday about his feelings ahead of seeing Paris fans again, and he said: “It will be something special. I have spent many years here. I have many memories here. This is the stadium I know best during my career, I don’t expect anything big. The most important thing is to win and get off to a good start.

The 25-year-old realises that he will not find a particular welcome from the Parisian fans, most of whom support Saint-Germain, due to the state of anger that has overwhelmed them following the announcement of his departure from the club and his arrival at Real Madrid, and this is what has made him less than enthusiastic in his response.
Mbappé left Paris Saint-Germain after wearing their colors for 6 consecutive years. He went to Real Madrid during the transfer window last summer, on a free contract, which angered the Parisian fans and even the club’s management, since his transfer did not benefit the club from a financial point of view, and a crisis formed between the player and his club due to some unpaid fees from last season.
On the other hand, Mbappe confirmed his happiness in his new club, Real Madrid, which he joined this summer, and declared: “I’m very happy at Real Madrid. Everything is going well. I won a title with them (the European Super Cup), I played a few games and I managed to score two goals. I always try to help my team to win.”
