According to the preliminary data of the investigation, a police patrol intervened in the Al-Fath neighborhood of the city, based on requests for help issued by citizens, after the suspect, who was in an abnormal state, accompanied by a number of his companions, deliberately caused material losses to two private cars parked on the main street, but he refused to comply with the police officers with violent resistance by using sharp weapons, which forced a police officer to use his functional weapon and fire a warning shot, which caused material losses. allowed him to neutralize the threat emanating from him, arrest him and seize the bladed weapon, in addition to arresting two of his companions who were trying to resist the arrest and arrest procedures by using violence against the police officers.

The three detainees were kept in theoretical custody pending the investigation to be carried out under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor’s office, in order to determine all the circumstances, circumstances and context of this case, as well as to arrest the rest of the persons suspected of being involved in the commission of these criminal acts.
