The beaches of Tan-Tan province have recently become a destination for candidates for illegal immigration, since in one week the authorities foiled three attempts, in several areas, including Oued Draa, Oued Chebika, affiliated with the territorial influence of the Eshbika community and the region of Sidi Al-Karn in the Wattia community.
These operations resulted in the arrest of more than 50 would-be illegal immigrants of different nationalities, and the death of one of the immigrants after being transferred to the Tan-Tan regional hospital due to a heart problem.
The security authorities of Tan-Tan province used modern technological techniques, such as drone, to discover and determine the location of secret migrants, which led the regional and security authorities to thwart all migration attempts across the region’s coasts.
