In a move that has received the approval of professionals, the National Council of Notaries has decided to draw up and distribute a blacklist that includes the names of real estate developers and companies that do not fulfill their obligations when concluding contracts.
In this regard, the notarial body has decided to adopt a document denouncing those who do not have the right to speak and who have violated their contractual obligations, whether with clients or with notaries, in order to avoid having to deal with them in the future by notaries.
By issuing this blacklist to notaries, the Council aims to regulate the sector and put an end to the chaos of notaries who cause major problems, as well as to establish a transparent system to ensure client confidence.
