On the sidelines of the official launch ceremony of the national strategy “Digital Morocco 2030”, Ghaïtha Mazour, Minister of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, signed three partnership agreements linking the ministry with a number of ministerial sectors, public institutions and players in the digital system.
Among these agreements were those signed with the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation and the National Center for Scientific and Technical Research, relating to the program for granting qualified doctoral students in the framework of the year 2026.
The program will award 550 scholarships worth 7,000 dirhams per month over a period of 3 years, funded by the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, with the aim of encouraging research in the fields of advanced technologies and digitalization and preparing a new generation of trainers.
