The Appeals Commission met and rendered the following decision:
– Reduction of the sanction pronounced by the ethics commission against Mr. Omar Chbakh, spokesperson for the Kénitra Athletic Club (KAC), concerning the ban on any activity related to football. The initial suspension of 6 months was reduced to 6 months, 3 of which were suspended, while maintaining the fine of 20,000 dirhams. This sanction was imposed following his threats towards the referees of the match between KAC and Ittihad Zemmouri Khemisset,IZK on the 6th day of the national amateur championship for the 2023-2024 season.
