Swedish police announced that a man was arrested on Monday after breaking the windows of the Moroccan embassy in Stockholm.

Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet said the man “was carrying a knife” and had locked himself in a room at the embassy when police intervened.

In turn, the police said in a statement that the exact reasons for his behavior were still “unknown.”

Police suspect the man, whose identity has not been specified, of having “broken into the embassy headquarters, causing serious damage and bodily harm” after “shards of glass were came across a passer-by in the street.
