The press release from the Regional Council at the Court of Appeal of Casablanca, a copy of which is available at Heba Press, specifies that this warning strike is considered as a protest against the bill regulating the profession of judicial commissioner, n° 21.46, which was referred to the approval procedure.
The same press release adds that for the duration of the strike, the offices of the judicial commissioners will be closed, as well as all offices and funds affiliated to the Council within the various courts, in addition to refraining from carrying out direct and indirect. procedures, as well as the prevention of their sworn clerks from carrying out all direct or indirect reporting procedures and the lack of access to the courts.
The same source concluded that vigilance committees will be created at the municipal level to report any case that did not demonstrate discipline during this strike.
