Two students, pursuing their primary and secondary education, drowned in a water canal.
The tragic accident took place at the Beni Ayat center, Afourar district, Azilal province.
Informed sources revealed that the two students, aged between 9 and 15, participated in a football match, followed by a decision to wash off the sweat by showering, so the ending would be tragic.
The incident mobilized elements of the royal gendarmerie and the local authority, where the two bodies were recovered and ordered to be deposited at the morgue of the regional hospital center of Beni Mellal to be autopsied there on the orders of the general prosecutor’s office .
