The Government Council approved on Thursday draft decree No. 2.23.100 relating to the determination of the modalities of organization and maintenance of the register of civil real estate companies, presented by the Minister of Justice Abdel Latif Wehbe.
This project occurs in application of the requirements of chapter 2-987 of law no. 31.18 modifying and supplementing the royal decree taken on Ramadan 9, 1331 (August 12, 1913) as the law of obligations and contracts, which stipulates that civil real estate The companies and each of their branches must be registered in the register of civil real estate companies kept for this purpose, specifying and maintaining the above-mentioned registration in a regulatory text.
The project aims to implement the requirements of this chapter, providing for the organization and maintenance of the register of civil real estate companies on an electronic basis. Determine the terms of presentation of applications for registration of the civil real estate company and its branches, as well as restrict subsequent modifications and their finalization; Specifying the acts and extracts from the said register that the clerk of the competent court may issue to those who request them.
