A sporting events group has expressed its anger against the community of Nador, considering it primarily responsible for the non-implementation of the Nador collective stadium project.
Sports actor Mohamed Al-Wardi published a message on his page in which he asserted that Nador’s group should be “carriers of the project” and raise the issue for discussion during one of its sessions, calling for the convening of parliamentarians and representatives of the Ministry of Education and Sports, the Ministry of Equipment, the Marchica Agency, the Regional Council and the Royal Moroccan Football League, the Prefecture of the Province of Nador, the Regional Council and the Ministry of the Interior to seek a solution to carry out this project. stadium.
Al-Wardi stressed that the group must begin the works so that everyone can know the progress made and which stands in the way of the completion of the football stadium which befits the name of Nador and the history of its clubs such as Al -Hilal and Al-Fateh. He added: “If the group does not start discussing this issue, it is considered the main obstacle to the construction of the stadium, and it is the one that does not want to offer a good quality collective stadium to Nador.” He stressed that Morocco is witnessing the construction and expansion of new stadiums in different cities, with the exception of Nador which remains the only exception, while Rabat alone is witnessing the construction of 5 stadiums at the same time. .
Al-Wardi concluded his statement by calling on the Nador community to show good faith and take the first step, otherwise all accusations will be directed against them. He explained that he was talking about a collective or municipal stadium with a capacity of around 25,000 spectators and not a large regional sports complex.
