King Mohammed VI appointed Latifa Mouftaqar, director of Books at the Ministry of Culture, director of the Moroccan Archives Foundation, during the Ministerial Council chaired by the King today, Friday October 18, 2024, at the Royal Palace in Rabat.

Mofaqar held the position of Director of Books, Reservations and Archives at the Ministry of Culture after her appointment by the government of Saadeddine El Othmani during its meeting of May 30, 2019.

Latifa Moftaqar was replaced in the same position by professor and researcher Jamaa Beida, appointed by the King as director of the Moroccan Archives Foundation on March 30, 2011.
