A group of employees of the Inezgane community had previously filed a complaint with the Minister of the Interior regarding violations committed by members of the Social Business Association office for the benefit of the group’s employees. The plaintiffs asked the minister to put an end to the hemorrhaging of this association, knowing that this agreement was rejected during the October session of last year, and that the case of misappropriation of the association’s headquarters is still progressing through the courts. along with the employee’s house project, it was later seized and is still up for public auction.
As a reminder, the previous collective council concluded an agreement with the members of the association providing that the council would transfer to its bank account an amount of 2,000,000.00 dirhams annually, of which 1,500,000.00 dirhams would be allocated to social housing for the second part, which actually happened in 2018 and 2019, with a total of 3,000,000.00 dirhams for the two years was based on the fact that 15 employees would benefit annually, but after that, this financial coverage allocated to social housing became in its second part topical, and Mr. the worker from the prefecture of Inezgane Ait Melloul was informed of the case, knowing that the case was being promoted before the arbitrator .
The members of the association, as well as the previous collective council, also proposed to modify the terms of this agreement, but the worker visa was not granted, and at the time of this current council, the same scenario was repeated, that is, changing the terms of the agreement, during the ordinary session of May 2022, and it was not approved by the authorities.
