In a statement, the Moroccan Labor Union rejected the bill governing the strike.
The union organization described the law as “restrictive”, demanding both its immediate withdrawal from Parliament and its return to the social dialogue table.
In the same communication, the trade union organization condemned “the recklessness of Minister Al-Sakuri, who moved closer to a formal and misleading social dialogue” when discussing the bill regulating the right to strike.
The same source warned the government against “the consequences of continuing this undemocratic approach which violates a fundamental human right”, calling on the government to correctly implement the provisions of the Constitution and establish a regulatory law that is “fair and balanced” for the law. strike.
The Moroccan Labor Union expressed its commitment and availability to confront this project firmly and with all legitimate mechanisms in its current form, which does not differ in substance and content from the project frozen under the two previous governments.
