On Sunday morning, police officers in the city of Casablanca led a new security campaign targeting drivers of illegally modified motorcycles.
This campaign resulted in the seizure of a large number of motorcycles, after their owners violated safety standards, some of them modifying the engines of the motorcycles, while others did not have protective helmets or documents proving that they owned these motorcycles.
This campaign is part of the ongoing efforts of security personnel to strengthen enforcement of violations and penalize motorcyclists who do not comply with road safety rules.
