Today, Tuesday, an official session was held at Kasbah Tadla dedicated to the appointment of two new female judges, chaired by the president of the Court of First Instance of this city, Adel El-Yassar, in the presence of the King’s Prosecutor , Karim. Benmoussa.
The case concerns a judge appointed to the Kasbah Tadla first instance court, as well as a deputy prosecutor at the same court.
In a speech delivered on this occasion, the President of the Court of First Instance confirmed that these two new appointments aim to provide the court, like other similar institutions in the Kingdom, with new judicial skills at the service of litigants, calling the two new judges to work to achieve judicial efficiency.
The inauguration ceremony took place in the presence of the first president of the Court of Appeal of Béni Mellal, its public prosecutor and officials of the judicial body of the district of Béni Mellal.
