The Moroccan government has decided, in accordance with the 2025 finance bill, to rebuild three regional hospital centers in the East.
These hospitals will be built in the province of Oujda with a capacity of 600 beds, in the province of Taourirt with a capacity of 250 beds and a hospital in the province of Guercif with a capacity of 190 beds.
According to the finance bill for the year 2025, the total cost of these three projects amounts to one billion 748 million dirhams, including 913 million dirhams for the Oujda hospital, 415 million dirhams for the Taourirt hospital and 420 million dirhams for the Oujda hospital. Guercif regional hospital.
Performance credits for next year amount to 20.38 million dirhams for the Oujda regional hospital center, 59.46 million dirhams for the Taourirt regional hospital and 7.88 million dirhams for the Guercif regional hospital.
In the same context, the 2025 budget for the reconstruction of the two hospital centers of Berkane and Nador allocated 371.95 million dirhams, noting that the completion rate of these reached 60% and 46% respectively, according to the finance bill.
