The young Moroccan star, Amine Adly, player of the German club Bayer Leverkusen, was seriously injured during his team’s match against the French club Brest, this Wednesday evening, in the European Champions League.
The injury occurred following a violent intervention by Senegalese defender Soumaila Koulibaly, which prompted Adly to immediately request a replacement.
The player limped off the field in the 81st minute, less than a quarter of an hour after coming on, leaving his teammates and Leverkusen supporters in shock.
It should be noted that the match ended in a 1-1 draw.
