The Community of Casablanca announced a temporary ban on traffic, next Sunday, October 27, due to the organization of the International Marathon events.
The group said in its message: “The Community of Casablanca issues a decision temporarily banning traffic on the occasion of International Casablanca Marathon Day, on the morning of Sunday, October 27. »
This ban will last from seven in the morning until two in the afternoon.
The marathon route was designed to discover or rediscover the city center and its “Art Deco” monuments, starting from the headquarters of the Casablanca-Settat region, via avenue Moulay Youssef and avenue de la Corniche, to ‘at the Hassan II mosque.
More than 10,000 people are expected at the marathon, according to what was announced during the press conference held Tuesday October 15, 2024 in the economic capital.
