This morning, Thursday, October 24, the President of the Eastern Region, Mr. Mohamed Bouaruru, accompanied by a ministerial committee from the Ministry of Housing and Construction, organized a field visit to the province of Guercif.
This visit, which was notably attended by the regional director of reconstruction, parliamentarian Mohamed Al-Barnishi, parliamentary adviser Saeed Al-Barnishi and members of the council of the Eastern region, aims to prepare the program of related projects to the region.
As part of this visit, a meeting took place at the Guersif prefecture to discuss a certain number of files and questions of interest to the region, as well as development projects and workshops and cooperation modalities to carry them out on the ground.
The head of the region and the accompanying delegation toured the most important districts of the city, under-equipped, to identify all the necessary needs demanded by the inhabitants and work to contribute to their rehabilitation, in particular the districts of ‘Al- Shuwaybir, Ouled Hamoussa, Al-Nakad district, Harsha Kambeer, Al-Hizam Al-Kabir street and the rehabilitation of the two entrances to Mohammed VI street, Oujda road and Saka road.
President Mohamed Bouaruru expressed the support of the Council of the Eastern Region for the realization of the protective wall project on the banks of the Mello and Malouya rivers.
