As part of the celebration of the Green March event, the city of Dakhla, in the southern provinces of the Kingdom, is preparing to host an international Muay Thai sporting event on November 9, 2024. The event is organized by the Boxing Event Foundation under the supervision of the Royal Moroccan Federation of Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Savat and Similar sports, and in cooperation with the League of Regions of Laayoune-Saguia El-Hamra and Dakhla-Oued Eddahab.
This sporting event will be an opportunity to showcase the skills of the best Moroccan champions, who will participate in tough confrontations for world and continental titles against their counterparts from several foreign countries. This event is an opportunity to highlight the high level of Moroccan champions in the discipline of Muay Thai and to strengthen the Kingdom’s position as an international hub for martial arts.
The organization of this sports evening in Dakhla reinforces the sporting and cultural momentum that the Southern Provinces have experienced in recent years, particularly with the growing status of the city as a world center for the organization of major sporting events.
