The National Railway Office organized an exceptional integration day on November 4, 2024 for the benefit of its new recruits in the presence of the General Director and the management board.
In a warm and inspiring atmosphere, this unique meeting aimed to anchor the values of the ONCF, to make employees feel the pride and passion that drive the Office, to actively contribute to the vision, and to project themselves towards a new conception of Moroccan railways.
The Office took the opportunity to present, through discussion panels, its new development projects and its strategic role in supporting major national projects, including the organization of the 2030 World Cup, which will strengthen the visibility of Morocco on the international scene. The ONCF also highlighted the successes that mark its journey, in particular the growth of Al Boraq, the first high-speed train in Africa, a symbol of success and innovation for Morocco.
Livened up by fun activities and exchange workshops, this day was designed to strengthen ties between new recruits by inviting them to become actively involved in the ambitious “Destination 2030” project. Participants were able to relax and create links through team-building activities, promoting an atmosphere of conviviality and commitment.
With this initiative, the ONCF once again confirms its ambition to promote the integration of young people into a healthy, passionate, committed work environment, determined to contribute to building the railway of tomorrow.
