The Minister of Justice, Abdel Latif Wehbé, revealed that cases of divorce by agreement were increasing compared to cases of divorce by court.
The minister revealed, in response to questions from parliamentarians in the House of Councilors, Tuesday, that the number of cases of revocable divorce “through legal means” reached 341 cases, while the number of cases of consensual divorce reached 24 thousand case.
Wehbe added: “The 3-year issue has become a divorce issue, so let’s find a solution, and this is Kimchio’s approach to divorce by agreement, and it expresses the sophistication of women and men in resolving their problems. .”
