A positive draw (2-2) decided the match of Wydad Athletic Club against its guest, Ittihad Tanger, during the match which brought together the two teams on Saturday, in the tenth round of the professional tournament.
The red team opened the score in the 31st minute thanks to Ismail El Metaraji, and before the end of the first half, Ittihad Tanger managed to adjust the score thanks to Fawzi Abdel Muttaleb in the 45th minute.
In the second half, both teams continued their attempts to score the first goal, and Ittihad Tangier was able to advance first in the 53rd minute on a penalty taken by Mohamed Saud. But Wydad equalized the score in the 83rd minute through Mauritanian striker Sidi Bouna Ammar, settling the match in a 2-2 draw.
With this result, Wydad brings its score to 15 points in fourth place, while Ittihad Tangier ranks sixth with 14 points.
