BABA-HIBAPRESS-RABAT
What has just happened this weekend in Houara is more than intolerable otherwise we can qualify it as premeditated crimes against Tiznit supporters who were stripped of their property and clothes under various threats and were exposed to inhuman humiliations going as far as indecency and on the other hand, it is another heinous crime against the brand image and honor of the Kingdom of Morocco which is actively preparing with colossal resources for the 2030 World Cup
What has just happened in Houara does not inspire anything good for the future of national football, which does not need such barbaric acts which tarnish what the State has undertaken to build through enormous financial jackpots in order to that Morocco be received as a good student in view of the two major football authorities, CAF and FIFA
Still, can we blame what has become a continuous habit in our stadiums on the FRMF, the clubs, the sports associations, the ultras or… quite simply the Justice?
I remember that when a new bus company came to set up in Rabat and on the third day of operation one of its buses was attacked by stone throwing by young people, the latter had been fined. three (03) years in prison and since then, no one has dared to attack any bus which is still in better quality to this day. This means that Justice should not skimp on sanctions to cut all ties with hooliganism.
We do not question the credibility of Justice but sometimes these indelible young people must be treated severely to be a real lesson for all those who would one day think of committing savage and inhuman acts.
Today, the ball is in the court of those responsible to act as a result of the acts committed that day, because the videos released on social networks are terrible and unbearable and full, in addition, of racist hatred towards the Amazighs, which is unhealthy and must be taken into consideration during legal proceedings!
On the other hand, the FRMF must also assume its responsibility to put an end to these frightening acts of vandalism; its credibility on the continental and global level is at stake.
