Moroccan international Yassine Bounou, goalkeeper of Al Hilal, entered the list of candidates for the “Tenth Round Save Award” of the Saudi League, after his brilliance during his team’s match against Al Ettifaq, which ended by Al Hilal’s 3-1 victory.
Bono put up an outstanding performance in the match, fending off several dangerous attacking attempts from the Al-Ettifaq team, to improve his team’s chances of securing all three points.
Bono will compete for the award with Jeddah Union’s Serbian goalkeeper Predrag Rajkovic and Senegalese club Al-Ahly’s goalkeeper Edouard Mendy, who also excelled in goal protection this round.
Note that goalkeeper Yassine Bounou is currently with the Moroccan national team during the November international break, where he will be present this Friday evening in the protection of the Atlas Lions’ den against Gabon as part of the qualifiers for “Cannes 2025”.
