USMA-RSB: CAF rejects the appeal lodged by the Algerians unanimously by the nine members of its Commission.

The Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) was informed yesterday Friday April 26, 2024, of the decision of the CAF Appeal Jury, taken yesterday Friday, following the Appeal made by the USM Alger club at the end of the verdict of the Commission for the organization of Interclub competitions and the management of the Club Licensing system of the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
The CAF Appeal Jury:
– Rejects the Appeal made by the USMA, following the decisions of the Committee for the organization of Interclub competitions and the management of the Club Licensing system of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to sanction the USMA with a forfeit (0-3) following the cancellation of the match between USMA – Renaissance Sportive de Berkane in addition to submitting this case to the CAF Disciplinary Jury for possible additional sanctions
– Confirms the decisions of the Committee for the organization of Interclub competitions and the management of the CAF Club Licensing system, taken on Wednesday April 24, and unanimously approved by the nine members of the said Committee.
The CAF Appeal Jury is made up of the President of the Jury, the Nigerian Ms. Roli Daibo Harriman, and two members, Mr. Masauko Timothy Msungama from Malawi and the Namibian Moses Ikanqa.
