Government approves 1,000 dirham increase in employee salaries

The government approved today, Monday, an increase of 1,000 dirhams in employees’ salaries.

The government has agreed with the unions and “employers” on an increase of 1,000 dirhams for employees in two installments, with a first payment of 500 dirhams in July of this year 2024, and a second payment in January 2025.

The agreement excludes education employees and health professionals who have already benefited from the increase during social dialogue rounds.
