The Spanish Army carries out naval military exercises in the waters of “Alboran”

The Spanish Royal Navy recently conducted exercises with live munitions in the waters of the Alboran Sea, according to Spanish media reports.

The newspaper “El Debate” reported that the offshore work vessel “BAM Meteoro (P-41)” left its base in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria at the end of last April to carry out surveillance missions in the waters of the Alboran Sea.

The Spanish newspaper added that the Meteoro crew, together with the security operations team, carried out shooting exercises as part of their surveillance and maritime security missions in the Alboran Sea area, located opposite the coasts of northern Morocco.
