Heba Press – Tangier
The works of the construction of a new garage of underground cars were recently completed in Tangier, called “servant garage”, at the entrance to the old city.
This project aims to improve the parking infrastructure in the city of Al-Boughaz, in particular in an area which is experiencing an increase in traffic.
The Tangier authorities are preparing to open the garage in the coming days, because it is near the historic parameter of the Theater Service, and occupies the region which kissed the famous market at the front of the ancient city.
The cost of carrying out this garage has reached more than 50 million dirhams, which is among the most important projects in the city, offering around 200 spaces for parking.
The garage extends over three floors equipped with modern technologies, including an advanced surveillance system with high quality cameras to ensure security, in addition to a square allawite directly connected to the Tree hotel market and neighboring stores.
It is also provided with installations dedicated to people in a disability position, as well as toilets and other spaces.
The servant’s garage is expected to help reduce the congestion of traffic in the region, in addition to improving the capacity of parking lots in Tangier, in particular because of its proximity to the city of Tangier, the city and the main entrance to the ancient city.
