CAF and LDC Confederation Cup: CAF unveiled a new official ball for Interclub Competitions

CAF and PUMA have unveiled a new official ball for the CAF Interclub Competitions Ola is now available online

As the outcome approaches which will see the best African clubs fight for the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup and the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) and PUMA have unveiled a new match ball: OLA.

OLA will be used this weekend in Tunis, for the match between the local team, Esperance du Sportive de Tunis, and Al Ahly SC this Saturday in Radès, and the match between Zamalek and RS Berkane at Cairo International Stadium, in the second leg of the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup.

“OLA”, meaning “wealth”, “honour” and “respect” in Yoruba, and “ascension” and “success” in Arabic, was chosen to symbolize the dynamic and energetic nature of African football.

Ola’s design is inspired by the bright colors, art and traditions of the continent.
