Heba Press – Casablanca
A discussion on the nursery, this morning, this morning, Tuesday, in front of the Ain Al -Saba district, the Al -Muhammadi district of Casablanca, turned into a full chaos after a violent fight broke out between a man and his divorce, because of a child who is not more than eight years old, who chose to live with his father to escape a painful reality.
The child, who has lived with his mother since the divorce of his parents, recently moved to his father after complaining about his exposure to abuse and violence by his mother’s husband. Narrow sources have indicated that the child expressed an explicit desire to stay with his father, an engineer who currently lives in difficult social conditions.
Today, the mother attended a commissioner for the magistracy in order to return the child by force, who exploded a verbal argument which quickly turned into a physical confrontation before the attention of passers -by. At a hysterical moment, the mother torn her divorced shirt in the middle of the participants’ surprise.
The national security elements of the Ain Al -Saba district intervened the Al -Muhamadi district, where all parties were taken to the security service and a teacher was published in the incident, pending the completion of judicial inquiries on the circumstances and conditions of childcare.
This painful incident dates back urgent questions about the suffering of children in the light of family conflicts and the role of the judiciary and society in protecting them from the repercussions which have no guilt.
