Elements of the Royal Gendarmerie in Amzoren managed, this Saturday morning, to arrest a person suspected of involvement in a house robbery case in Douar Souani, in the Ait Youssef Ou Ali commune, Al Hoceima province.
According to local sources, the targeted house belongs to an emigrant from the Moroccan community residing abroad, where the incident caused a widespread alert within the Royal Gendarmerie services, which began thorough investigations that enabled, in a short time, to identify the identity of the suspect and track him.
The person in question was arrested at Souk Sebt Amzoren, after a precise field operation, and was placed in custody under the supervision of the competent Public Prosecutor's Office, pending the completion of investigations and his presentation to justice.
This operation confirms the speed and effectiveness of the intervention of the Royal Gendarmerie services in combating such crimes that threaten the security of citizens and their property, and also reflects the constant vigilance of its elements in the various communes of the province.
