Mohamed Daher – Marrakech. Security elements in the Marrakech Security Directorate arrested, a short while ago this Saturday afternoon, a group of people who intended to organize protest marches against the deterioration of the health and education sectors.
The Post Office Square in the Gueliz district has been witnessing, since this afternoon, security reinforcements under the supervision of the Wali of Marrakech Security, Mohamed Mechichou, to prevent any protest or march, following the decision of the Ministry of Interior to ban any protest in various parts of the Kingdom. Human rights associations and citizens had previously called for protests, as a step to express the dire conditions experienced by the health sector.
