HIBAPRESS – Shafiq Anouri
Chilean coach Cesar Vaca expressed on Saturday his wishes for the Moroccan national team under 20 years old to win against their Argentine counterpart and be crowned champion of the World Cup for the first time in its history.
Cesar Vaca said in a statement to the "emol" website that he hopes "Morocco wins the final match of the Under-20 World Cup because they have not had this opportunity before, and this is a heartfelt feeling." Vaca, who previously coached the Chilean national teams under 15, 17, and 20 years old, added, apart from his hopes, that "after watching both teams, Argentina is more solid and organized, with players capable of making a difference and not losing focus." He continued that "Morocco is a great team, playing well and with amazing skills, but it seems they lose organization when they fall behind in the result and drift behind the emotion to try to catch up with the match." The Chilean coach considered that the Moroccan players lose focus after falling behind, which is why, despite his wish for Morocco to win, he recommends Argentina for the title, given that it is "more solid."
